Astro Tutoring works alongside libraries, workforce programs, social services, and community organizations in the Central MD area โ as a trusted referral partner, a supplement to your programs, and a bridge to the people you serve.
We actively seek out partnerships with organizations that serve adult learners in Central MD and surrounding areas. Here's who we're looking to connect with โ and what that looks like in practice.
You case-manage adults navigating employment, benefits, and life transitions. Many of them need foundational skills โ reading, math, tech โ that you don't have capacity to teach directly.
You run excellent programs โ literacy classes, GED prep, continuing ed โ but group settings and fixed schedules don't work for everyone. Some learners need a more personal bridge.
Apprenticeship programs require reading and math testing. Advancement often requires a GED or basic literacy. Workers who want to move forward need accessible, practical support.
Referring a client or student to Astro Tutoring is low-lift and high-impact. There's no enrollment process on your end โ just a name and a contact.
Share our name, website, or contact. We do the rest โ a free 20-minute intro call with no pressure or commitment.
A short diagnostic, a personalized plan, and sessions that fit the learner's life โ not the other way around.
For formal partnerships, we can share progress updates to help your team track client outcomes and close the loop.
When a learner is ready for a library program, GED class, or workforce course, we help them get there โ and we point them to you.
